After over a decade assisting medical groups, hospitals, and dental groups in the selection, purchase, and implementation of of electronic heath records technology, through consulting, representation, and speaking, I have recognized a void in the industry regarding no nonsense, “nuts and bolts”, and “how to” information and guidelines… in other words “actionable information” that is there when you need it to make the right decisions.
So, with this in mind getehrright.org is being developed. It is meant to be an ever growing resource site for anyone… including providers, administrators, CEOs, practice managers, and IT professionals … who could use actionable information. Also, recognizing that there are similarities, but also differences in the types of actionable information needed by ambulatory, hospital, and dental users we have broken the site up accordingly. I encourage you to comment on its content and provide your ideas and stories that will help make this site an invaluable resource to the whole medical community. The site is currently under development but come back often as we continue to add content and features.
